Matt Rabin is a seasoned chiropractor with over 20 years of experience, known for his hands-on approach to treating both everyday patients and world-class athletes. His philosophy? Treat the whole person, using a brain-based approach to uncover the true source of their pain, and guide them on a fast, effective road to recovery. Whether it’s a sports injury or long-term discomfort, Matt’s focus is on getting people back to living pain-free, as quickly as possible.
Matt is the Head of Athlete Care for the EF Pro Cycling team, traveling with them to prestigious races worldwide, including the iconic Tour de France. In addition, he serves as a chiropractor for several Premier League football teams and the Wales National Team, bringing his expertise to elite athletes across multiple sports at the highest level of competition.
In 2014, Matt authored a comprehensive guide for amateur cyclists, offering practical advice on common cycling injuries and effective rehabilitation techniques. Featuring insights from top professional cyclists, the book has become an invaluable resource for riders at all levels. It has since been translated into German, Flemish, and Mandarin, extending its reach to cycling communities around the world.
When he's not working in sports, Matt practices in Central London, where he's been based since 2002. He currently divides his time between clinic locations, providing expert care to a wide range of patients.
