About Me
Matt Rabin BSc(Hons), MSc(Chiro), DC, ICSSD, PGDip, FRCC(Sport)
I have always been captivated by the intricacies of the human body, dedicating the past 20 years to expanding my knowledge and experience. My goal is to gain a comprehensive understanding of how to optimise the body’s performance, whether it’s addressing the stresses and strains of everyday life or meeting the rigorous demands of elite sports. From alleviating pain and rehabilitating injuries to enhancing movement and increasing resilience, my ultimate aim is to help the body function at its fullest potential.
